SUNROOM AND CONSERVATORY KITS
WELCOME TO SEATTLE SUN!:We have over 25 years of experience
in sunroom design and construction. With this expertise, we have
developed a system of components that allow us to fabricate a
simple, lean-to style sunroom – or a sophisticated, Grand
Conservatory complete with French doors, leaded glass and filigree.
For beauty, flexibility of design and energy efficiency our frames
are fabricated of clear Douglas fir. We combine layers of the
latest in hi-tech tempered glass to achieve energy efficient,
"warm-in-winter, cool-in-summer" rooms. Fans, operable
windows and doors are options for ventilation, access and visual
balance. All sunrooms are sealed and clad with a state-of-the-art,
low maintenance, weathertight, aluminum Commercial Glazing System.
Our home office, design center and manufacturing division are
located in Seattle.
PORTFOLIO: A glance into our portfolio will allow you to see
a small selection of the many thousands of projects that we
have worked on nationwide.
CUSTOM IS OUR STANDARD: Every kit is built to order; we do
not have any models 'on the shelf'. Our cost and manufacturing
efficiency is acheived by building our kits from families of
components that can be configured to build any size room. You
direct the height, length and projection, roof pitch, number
and style of doors and windows, type of glass and accessories.
Need a hip corner? Need a stepped front wall or a solid section
of wall? No problem. We still consider these standard rooms.
HOW DO YOU FIND OUT MORE? Call, visit our design center or
invite us to visit your home. For our friends from out of town
– send us an e-mail message with sizes and design ideas,
photographs of your site are also very helpful. We can respond
quickly with a cost estimate for a sunroom design. If your design
is complex, we will guide you through a series of design decisions
until we feel that we know conceptually what you want in your
project. We can then begin developing scale drawings and an
accurate cost estimate and begin the process of refining the
design until it is exactly what you’ve dreamed about.
